DIY or Service Technician visit
First step, we will send you the the Diagnosis Form identifying the history of your machine, parts and service completed as well as the serial number and year of manufacture.
Second step will set up an phone appointment schedule to walk through the current state of your machine and system while walking through the Diagnosis Checklist.
This appointment can be by Cell Phone, Zoom, Facetime, Skype, etc. - to go over details of the diagnosis machine while in your wash bay or at your desk.
Awash will complete the form and send back a report with recommendations and results of our findings, parts and pricing for you to hold until you require the maintenance.
We also offer bundled Service and DIY programs of parts to meet the needs of your machine.
